As I mentioned on Monday, my go-to going out outfit is skinny jeans, a cute top, and statement earrings.  It is just what I feel most confident in.  Valentine’s Day is no different.  I’m not in a relationship, but I’m a big believer in recognizing important non-romantic relationships as well.   This year for Valentine’s Day is no different.  Even though it is a week away, my best girlfriend and I are grabbing  dinner and drinks at our favorite bar and celebrating our friendship and each other.

If you don’t want to go all out on pink and red next week, there are subtle ways to bring those colors into an outfit.  This outfit consists of my old standbys and I’ve added just a touch of pink in a nod to Valentine’s Day.   These earrings are one of my favorite pairs and come in quite a few different colors.  They are are the perfect pop for any outfit and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity wear my pink pumps!
