Buckhead Lash Studio Eyelash Extensions Review
I hope your week is going well! A few weeks ago I finally decided to get eyelash extensions! I’ve always wanted longer lashes and debated about Latisse vs. eyelash extensions for a while. I didn’t know which would be better and quite frankly if either was worth the investment. After the initial installation, they last about 3-4 weeks. When Anita at Buckhead Lash reached out to me about working together (Atlanta peeps, we have some fun stuff in the works!), I jumped at the opportunity and decided to do an Atlanta eyelash extensions review for you guys.

Anita has created the most comfortable and cozy studio. It was like stepping into a spa. Before we started, my stylist told me what to expect, answered all of my questions, and helped make me very comfortable. All of the beds are Tempur-pedic and feel like they mold to your body. The neck pillow and throw also helped me get very comfortable! Anita warned me before we started that most people fall asleep during the 2 hour installation period. I should have listened. Even though I thought I was too hyped up to fall asleep, I passed out about 30 minutes in. The bed was just too comfortable!
No turning back now!
Can you tell I love the results?! I think the biggest compliment is when someone asked my what mascara I was wearing afterward. I wanted a very natural look, but also wanted more length and my stylist delivered on my wishes perfectly. Obviously I love fashion, but I definitely needed a look that would work in the office as well. The result was literally me, but better.
The kit that Anita prepared for every client. I think it was an extra ~$30 but I have used the cleanser religiously around my eyes every day and the mascara brushes to brush the lashes in the morning.
So, the final verdict on my Atlanta eyelash extensions review: I love them and can’t imagine going back to life without them! That may sound a little strong, but they have made my mornings (and nights) so much easier. I was never a big fan of eye makeup (especially taking it off). I haven’t worn eye makeup (except for a brow pencil) since I got the extensions and I still look very polished. I never have to worry about falling asleep in my eye makeup since I’m the worst at taking my makeup off at night which is horrible, I know. The extensions feel like nothing is on my eyes. I think I’m hooked.
Tips
- Make sure the studio shows you how to take care of your lashes. Lash extensions aren’t cheap and you don’t want any issues after spending that much money.
- Make sure you discuss the look you want with your stylist before you start. I wanted a natural professional look vs. over the top.
- Several of my friends recommended using Latisse/Revitalash type products to make sure your real lashes continue to grow. I haven’t tried this yet. Have any of you guys tried it. Thoughts?
If you are in Atlanta, I highly recommend checking out Anita over at Buckhead Lash! They are very talented are work with you to make sure you get the results you are looking for. I know I will be going back in a few weeks for a fill-in.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask them below! Do any of you have eyelash extensions? How do you like them?
Thanks for reading and have a great day!
