I hope you had a great weekend!  This weekend, I spoke to my friend’s strategy class of Executive MBAs about what my day to day work life is like.  I used to be a strategy consultant and am now in internal strategy so it was fun to share the differences between the two.  I also discovered the new version of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.  Have you guys seen it?  It is soo good!  I loved the original, but this new one is so fun to watch.  The cast is awesome.  I highly recommend it.

I think I mentioned how my new office (same company) is a little more formal than my old office a few weeks ago.  Since I can’t wear jeans every day, I’ve been on the hunt for new work pants.  I have a few pairs from Loft and Banana that I wear a lot and I like them, but I don’t LOVE them.  I’ve wanted to try the J. Crew Cameron pant for a while and was hoping to catch a pair on sale.  I finally gave in and bought a pair for full price.  They are worth it (but they would be even better on sale)!  I really like skinny work pants and these are so flattering and hold their shape very well.  I’m 5’2 and the length is perfect with hemming needed.  And the best part is that they are machine washable!
