I’m almost embarrassed to share this one from the archives, but these black Rag & Bone jeans and booties are worth it!  They are staples in my closet.

TGIF!  Are you ready for the weekend?  Is anyone else watching House of Cards this weekend?  I didn’t love last season but can’t wait to see what happens with Frank and Claire this season!  My friends already know that I will be MIA until I finish the season, lol!

I mentioned the Shopbop sale on Wednesday and thought I would share some of the items included in the sale that are tried and true favorites in my closet.  My strategy with the sale is generally to stock up on denim, bags, and shoes since a lot of the clothing is out of my price range (though they have done a good job of bringing in lower price lines).

If I could only pick one piece, it would have to be this Clare V. leopard clutch.  I had no idea how much I would use it when I got, but I literally reach for it every weekend (as you can see above!) to go out and use it to keep everything organized in my bigger purses.  I’ve also carried this Rebecca Minkoff Mini MAC for years as a cross-body bag or clutch.  It comes in a lot of fun colors which add a great pop of color to any outfit!  Just be aware that it is really small and only holds a wallet, phone, and lipstick.

When it comes to jeans, I’m a Rag & Bone girl.  I have 2 pairs of the high rise skinny jeans and they are so flattering on!  The rise isn’t too high but prevents you from flashing anything when you sit down.  They also hold up really well.  A lot of my jeans tend to give out in the inner thigh (TMI?), but these have held up very well over the past 2+ years.  The fact I have them in black and blue says a lot!  I also included the white Paige jeans above, but they are best for people with really thin thighs.  My pair is a little tighter on the thighs than I prefer…

Last, but not least, I have worn my Rag & Bone Harrow booties for years!  They are a little bit of a splurge, but I wear them all fall and winter.  These Stuart Weitzman wedges are the perfect summer sandal and so comfortable!  The color is verstaile and nude ankle wraps can elongate the leg.  I also picked up the SW gladiators but don’t wear them as much as I should.  However, they are always a conversation starter whenever I do!
