TRAVEL: Cuba was so interesting!  I loved the history, the culture, and the old classic cars.  I’ve started recapping my trip here, here, here, and here.  Next week, I will share my Havana travel guide.  It was very different than I expected, but I’m so glad I went.  Now, I’m staying home until I head to Sonoma in July.  If you are traveling this weekend, safe travels and have a great time!

LISTEN/READ: In Cuba, I finished “A Gentleman in Moscow” and “The Women in the Castle“.  “A Gentleman in Moscow” was my favorite of the two!  It is about a Russian aristocrat under house arrest in Moscow after the Bolsheviks come to power and how he comes to terms with his new situation.  The middle was a little slow, but I still loved it!  I’m just bought the new book by the “Girl on the Train” author, which I’m excited about.   Do you have any good book recommendations?  I’m always looking for new recommendations.

MISC:  Have you guys seen the Amazon Echo Look?  It is very similar to the Amazon Alexa, but it contains a camera that can take pictures of your outfit.  It can also help you choose between two outfits if you can’t figure out what to wear.  It is all very interesting, but I don’t know if I’m sold…  Call me old fashioned, but I love the conversations my friends and I have trying to figure out what to wear.  I also don’t know if I want a device with a camera in my bedroom.  What do you guys think?

BLOG LOVE: I’ve been so bad at catching up on everything after not having internet for over a week in Cuba.  I’m not going to lie.  It was really nice to disconnect for a few days.  I’m excited that 2 of my favorite bloggers, Amy Ann and Gina, are now doing a weekly link up on Wednesdays!  I first discovered both of them through link-ups and have been a loyal reader for a while, so it is fun to see them collaborating.  I also really liked this blog post about the changing rules of Instagram.  Krista from Covering Bases has some legit advice!
