I hope you had a great weekend! I caught a little big of a bug on Friday and Saturday so I spent quite a bit of time on my couch sleeping relaxing. Sometimes your body just forces you to slow down! Thankfully, I’m feeling better now. During my couch time I discovered “Call the Midwife” on Netflix. Have you guys seen it? It is about midwife nuns in post-WWII London. I’m a sucker for anything British, but it is really well written and acted. Some of the birth scenes are a bit much for me, but I’m pretty hooked on the show!
I wore this outfit to work last Thursday and got so many compliments. It’s kind of crazy, since I quickly pulled this outfit together as I was running late one morning. It is funny how that happens! A little backstory. I’ve worked hard to become more of a morning person. 3-4 months ago, I would have laughed in your face if you told me I would willingly go to a 6:30 or 7AM workout class. Now, I do it 2-3 times a week. Normally, I have my outfit picked out the night before, but for some reason, I didn’t have my act together. To make it worse, my class ran late so I was scrambling to try to get to work on time.
I didn’t feel confident in my first outfit. However, when I threw on this, it just clicked. Sometimes it is so funny how that works. I haven’t worn this dress in a year, but I’m sure it will be back in the rotation now! Okay, enough rambling. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

It sucks being sick, hope you are better now. I hate snoozing the alarm in the morning too. But look how stylish you are. I need to copy this look now that I have a neutral utility vest. Those shoes and the bag are great, Nicole. =)
Welcome by on Thursday and linkup with me pretty lady. Thanks, Ada. =)
